The staff are very helpful, kind and friendly. The person who received us even wrote on a little sticky note one of the brauhauses that he suggested we go visit. Our room was spacious, clean, and the little balcony looked over the courtyard that was full of snow, and it was quiet. The bathroom floor had underfloor heating on already, which really makes such a difference. The bus stop is right in front of the door, and the tram is right next to the hotel in this piece of grass area (Schwabing Nord stop). The wifi was also good, and you had better control over the aircon and heating, we kept the underfloor heating in the bathroom on, but swithed off the aircon and heating and just left the window slightly open, because we want a cooler room to sleep in.

Everything about it. Perfekt location. We took the tram in to town every day. Such a joyable ride. Very much a homefeeling in the lounge. Was just the best experience. I can highly recommend it. If we come back to Munich we will definetely stay at the hotel again. We also attended a familyfestival at the showpalatz which was located north of the hotel. Communications to this place was also so smoth and easy. Love the city and I love the hotel. ( Sorry I didnt take picts from inside the hotel. ) The price was also very good.

I didn't pay for breakfast, i liked the location, close to bus station and not far from the center. Everything was so clean and the bed was comfortable, the shower as well. I asked for two individual beds cause i was traveling with my sister, and in the room we had one big bed and one cot. The cot wasn't very comfortable and was a bit small. The big bed was very comfortable. I really liked the connections for charging the phone, the hair dryer, the bed sheets.

Very friendly, helpful staff, with fantastic English! Hotel is at the end of a tram line, so easy to travel onwards. Had a nice little balcony & full outside electric blinds (operated by button inside) which helped keep the sun out & the room cool. Also, balcony door could tilt inwards & lock in place & be left open like a large window.

The room was clean and cozy. The insulation was great there was no external noise from the road next to the hotel. The staff was great and helpful, they helped us immediately when the TV wasn't working. There was grocery store right next to the hotel. It was easily accessible by public transportation.
